GRS
Precise fixation and height adjustment for track frames – directly during installation
GRS is an innovative track frame support that allows rails to be accurately fixed in height and alignment already during installation. The load-bearing concrete foundation is placed directly under the aligned track and works without additional grouting or later corrections. The system optimizes the entire installation process, significantly reducing construction effort. Operators benefit from increased efficiency, lower costs, and shorter track closures.

Shorter closures – greater cost efficiency
The use of GRS allows the infill concrete between the rails to be poured continuously. Additional grouting is not required, saving both time and costs.
- No grouting needed
- Installation in a single work step
- Fixation in height and alignment directly during frame placement
- Reduced construction time through optimized installation workflow
- Robust, permanently stable design

Increased efficiency when installing track frame systems
The GRS system is specifically designed for urban and regional transport projects where rails must be laid precisely under tight time constraints, such as tram networks. The ability to define height and alignment during initial installation minimizes later adjustments, leading to shorter closures and reduced operational disruption. This provides a clear advantage for both construction companies and transport operators.

Technical advantages during foundation and concreting work
GRS replaces conventional installation methods that require separate grouting and ensures stable track fixation directly during the placement of the structural concrete. This not only reduces installation steps but also improves the quality of the structural bond and helps prevent settlement issues during later operation. The robust design, made from high-strength materials, provides long-term stabilization even under dynamic loads, making the system ideally suited for heavily used sections or long frame structures in urban track construction.
