strail is the proven premium system for level crossings with high traffic loads. The modular system consists of solid rubber panels with a patented high-tech surface. Thanks to standardized inner and outer panels in various designs, it can be precisely adapted to any rail and sleeper type. The tensioning system allows quick and efficient installation, even during maintenance or refurbishment.
ponti is the perfect complement to level crossing systems in areas with frequent track maintenance. Its hybrid structure of rubber and aluminum allows the system to flexibly adapt to horizontal track position changes. Standard strail outer panels can be easily replaced with ponti713, offering seamless integration.
velo stands out in the high-load range. The system combines an inner panel with an elastic insert that fully closes the flange groove, creating a gap-free crossing that prevents narrow wheels—such as those of bicycles or strollers—from getting caught. It is suitable for train speeds of up to 110 km/h. The rubber elements can be easily replaced at the end of their service life without removing the inner panel. Already deployed in over 20 countries, velo meets the highest safety standards and is ideal for busy crossings with mixed traffic.
