pedeSOLAR is an innovative addition to the pede system, designed to make pedestrian crossings much more visible at night—without the need for a power connection. It works through a series of precisely aligned LED lighting elements. Each unit comes with factory-installed, solar-powered LEDs that provide autonomous, maintenance-free illumination for up to 240 hours on a full charge. In darkness or poor weather conditions, they increase visibility to as much as 900 meters, helping ensure that crossings are detected early and reliably. This makes pedeSOLAR an ideal solution for level crossings in unlit or remote areas
