      Project description<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In Ulm, SWU Verkehr GmbH took on a particularly complex track refurbishment project that required materials offering outstanding flexibility and absolute reliability. Their solution of choice: the tried and tested STRAILastic system TOR_simplex with an integrated rail frame support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The project site:<\/strong> A highly complex track section featuring an underpass, an 8% descending gradient, and an 8% ascending gradient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The standout feature<\/strong>: The ascending track also included a tight curve with the required superelevation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The challenge:<\/strong> The difficult track conditions were made even more difficult by the summer temperatures and the associated risk of track warping during installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Despite these extreme requirements and the difficult conditions, our STRAILastic_TOR_simplex system was installed without any issues. The project clearly demonstrates the reliable performance and exceptional flexibility of our system \u2013 even in the most demanding urban infrastructure environments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
